About Me

 

I am a Fitness Expert and a personal trainer for a lot of people whose life I have totally transformed. In addition, I am a certified Health Coach and blogger on all things pertaining to fitness and health.  I have contributed regularly to some of the famous health magazines and it has been well appreciated.

 

My determination to become a fitness expert started out of frustration at the lack of health and fitness options available near my place. I wanted to stay fit with some form of regular exercise that would make me get out of bed in the morning and make me feel motivated. I lacked all the training and support to become fit. That is when I decided to get proper guidance and achieve the fitness that I lost all these years.

 

As I am already a graduate in Nutrition, I started researching more on the fitness and health side. This helped me to study and get trained into becoming a personal trainer. With many hours of dedications put into both books and real practice, I finally became a certified Personal Trainer not only for my own personal development but also to do things that could benefits others.

 

Through my personalized coaching programs, I train people and educate them about health, nutrition and fitness to live a healthy life that anybody would dream of. By getting further into the thought process, I thought of giving advice to the current generation about the benefits of staying fit and its effects on health.

 

My blogs are targeted at educating the younger generation about the pros of exercising and about developing a healthy eating habit.Life is too precious to waste. I am a firm believer in exercising and realize the importance of making it a habit. My advice to everyone is to take responsibility of yourself and stay fit for a healthy life.
