At Lincoln Crawford, we provide care for those who need support and assistance in their daily living activities on either a short or long-term basis. We are a 100 bed skilled nursing facility with rehabilitation and therapy services. Our staff continually rededicates itself to our mission of service through state of the art medical technology. In addition, we provide social interaction and religious services. Lincoln Crawford is Medicare/Medicaid approved and is the only African-American not-for-profit nursing home in Southwest Ohio.
