• Be aware that the open enrollment window for Medicare products runs from November 15 through December 31, 2010. During this time, Medicare eligible individuals may elect to re-apply for traditional Medicare benefits, enroll in a Medicare HMO and make changes in the provider of Medicare D coverage. The options are available only once per year during this enrollment window. Please take the time to review your current providers and determine if you desire to make changes in your provider.

• Lincoln Crawford has been informed by the Ohio Attorney General's Office that they have been awarded a grant in the amount of $10,000. The Attorney General's Community Small Grant Program will help to support "The Healthy Lifestyles Walking Program" that will be launched by Lincoln Crawford in early 2011. The program will focus on providing education and support to senior participants about proper diet, exercise and living healthy lifestyle. The Attorney General's Office received over 1,000 applications from across the state for the grant monies and Lincoln Crawford was one of only thirty applications to be awarded funds.
